Order related rules

Delivery charge:

Delivery charge within Dhaka city is 70 taka.

Delivery charge outside Dhaka is 120 taka. In case of product order, the delivery charge does not have to be paid in advance, but the authority reserves the right to take payment. The remaining amount will have to be paid after receiving the product.

Our delivery process:

We do not have our own delivery man. We deliver through third party service (Pathao, Steadfast). So we take 2 to 4 days.

Please keep your mobile on. If the delivery man calls you, please collect the product.

Things to do during delivery:

Since we deliver the product through third party delivery service, please check the product at the time of delivery.

 If you find any defects in the product or receive the wrong product or the product number is not correct, please inform us while you are in front of the delivery man ( 09649586410 ) 10 am to 8 pm).

If the delivery man leaves, it becomes difficult for us to return or exchange the product.

After opening the parcel:

If there is any problem with the parcel after opening it, we will replace it for free as soon as possible.

Product images and videos:

Our Facebook page has real images and videos of all these products. If you want, our support team will provide images or videos again.

For returns:

If there is any defect in the package after opening it, we will replace it or refund it for free, but in that case, the product must be returned to us. If you do not like the product or return the parcel for no reason, you must pay the delivery charge.
