Return and Refund Policy:

Since we deliver to all over Bangladesh including Dhaka through Stead Fast, if there is any problem such as: any problem with color or design or another product being replaced or there is any problem with the product, you will contact us within 24 hours and tell us your problem. If we have the product in stock, we will deliver the product to you within 5 working days and if the product is not available, we will deliver your money to you through bKash or bank within 5 working days.

Special Note:

If you do not contact us within 24 hours of delivery, then your complaint will not be accepted.

We never return or exchange products unless there is a problem with the product.
